Qantm Creative is a Virginia Small, Women-Owned and Minority-Owned (SWaM) business. Qantm Creative qualifies, being a business that is at least 51% independently owned and controlled by one or more individuals who are U.S. citizens with less than 250 employees, or average annual gross receipts of $10 million or less averaged over the previous three years. In addition, a substantial percentage of the company is woman-owned and run.

Internal Initiatives
Our agency works to find and bring training and education opportunities to our staff that focus on raising awareness, educating on biases and promoting an inclusive culture.
Hiring Practices
Our agency is growing to meet clients’ needs. As we look to hire talent, our team has implemented strategies to attract a more diverse pool of candidates, including networking and sharing job openings with various affinity organizations. In addition, we’ve set diversity goals agency-wide to increase our hiring of diverse subcontractors and those we employ for various services.
Community Involvement
In order to do our jobs successfully and collectively be an agency of substance, Qantm Creative believes in being entrenched in our community and in touch with all that goes on around us and the communities of our clients.
In addition, our agency supports our employees’ diverse interests and community involvements. Through the agency’s support, employees have attended community meetings, participated in mentorship programs, led training for female entrepreneurs of color and spearheaded LGBTQIA+ film festivals.
As we continue to implement these strategies, our agency is making meaningful progress toward increasing our DEI commitments and are able to be more strategic and inclusive in relationship building and outreach.
