Virginia Aquarium – Spec Social Media Creative
As part of a pitch for the Virginia Aquarium, Qantm Creative developed a series of spec social media ads designed to increase overall visitation while also highlighting the exclusive benefits of Aquarium membership. The goal was to create visually engaging, scroll-stopping concepts that could appeal to both first-time visitors and repeat guests.
The design work focused on pairing bold imagery with clear, benefit-driven messaging to showcase the Aquarium as a must-visit destination while reinforcing the added value of membership. Concepts were developed with platform-specific best practices in mind to ensure strong performance across social channels.
Gates Milling - Website Redesign
Gates Milling came to our team with a need for an all-new digital experience that better reflected the quality of their equipment, streamlined how products were presented, and improved usability for distributors and customers alike. The project included a complete visual overhaul of the previous site, modernizing the design while staying true to Gates Milling’s established brand.
Key enhancements included a virtual unit gallery, an all-new CGI profile gallery to highlight equipment details, and an interactive distributor map. Together, these updates transformed the Gates Milling website into a more engaging, informative, and scalable platform built to support both current needs and future growth.
Send It for Shane – Maker's Craft Experimental PilsAle Beer Can Design
Qantm Creative was tasked with designing a custom beer can for Maker’s Craft Brewing in support of the nonprofit Send It For Shane. Inspired by Shane’s love of skiing and winter outdoor sports, we developed a visual direction rooted in alpine icons and bold, energetic headlines. The color palette was pulled directly from the Send It For Shane logo to maintain a strong brand connection. We landed on the headline “Pure Powder,” a nod to both fresh snowfall and the beer’s cold, crisp, clean profile as an Experimental Pils Ale. The design was a standout at the event and remains available at the brewery today—so grab a six-pack while you can.
City of Norfolk – St. Paul's Impact Report Year Six
To commemorate the sixth year of the St. Paul’s Transformation Project, a social housing initiative designed to redevelop flood-prone public housing in downtown Norfolk into a mixed-income, opportunity-filled community, Qantm Creative produced a custom annual report in collaboration with the City of Norfolk, People First USI, and the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
This report sought to tell the complete story of the project’s impact on the Kindred community (formerly Tidewater Gardens), recalling its progress during the previous five years and documenting growth in 2024-2025. Both print and digital versions of the 40-page publication feature an original design informed by the City’s preexisting brand guide, thoughtful commentary from its residents, measurable statistics showcasing the year’s accomplishments, photos of community milestones, and acknowledgements from its leaders.
The completed report showcases an informed picture of the project’s current status and renews Norfolk’s commitment to a better tomorrow for its residents.
Qantm Creative – Holiday Card 2025
Every year at Qantm Creative we send out a special custom made holiday card from the staff to our clients. This year we wanted to focus on what we hope prevails moving forward into 2026; Peace, Love and Joy also while thanking our valuable partnerships that make our work so rewarding. We used a special raised ink for all the lime green which gave it a special touch.
DeRomos Gourmet Market & Restaurant – Monthly Marketing Email Design
Qantm Creative developed a bi-monthly email campaign for DeRomo’s Gourmet Market & Restaurant, a full-service Italian experience offering everything from dinner reservations to handcrafted pastas sold in their market to exclusive events hosted in-house at Bonita Springs, Florida.
This eight month long project involved creating a consistent visual style based on DeRomo’s previously-established brand guide and applying that structure to two email campaigns per month aimed at highlighting different seasonal promotions such as discounts on market items, special catering opportunities, or monthly themed events.
Over the course of this project, DeRomo’s saw a consistent 44% open rate across all email campaigns, a 10% increase from the previous eight months, as well as a 2% click through rate.
Hampton Roads Sanitation District – Brand Campaign Creative
Qantm Creative led a comprehensive rebrand and brand perception campaign designed to increase public understanding of—and appreciation for—the essential services HRSD provides to the region.
Backed by layered research, the rebrand addressed a key challenge: while many Hampton Roads residents had heard of HRSD, the organization was often viewed simply as another utility bill rather than a critical steward of public health and environmental protection. The campaign strategy focused on shifting that perception by clearly connecting HRSD’s work to outcomes people care about every day.
Nauticus Museum – WinterFest on the Wisconsin Campaign
Qantm Creative partnered with Nauticus to support WinterFest on the Wisconsin leading into the 2025 season. The work included the development of a complete brand guide to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, along with a new website designed to improve user experience, highlight event details, and showcase new attractions. Additional deliverables included social media advertising, video board signage, and a wide range of promotional assets created to build anticipation and drive attendance.
Together, these efforts helped clearly communicate the scale, spirit, and new additions of WinterFest on the Wisconsin for 2025. The campaign contributed to record-breaking attendance for the event, reinforcing WinterFest’s position as a signature seasonal experience in Hampton Roads.
Lynnhaven River NOW – Capital Campaign Brochure
This large-format, double gate-fold piece was crafted to tell a clear, compelling story of impact. The brochure outlined 23 years of measurable progress—from water quality improvements to habitat restoration—while visually reinforcing the organization’s long-term commitment to the continued restoration of the Lynnhaven River and other Virginia Beach waterways.
Designed to function as both an educational piece and a fundraising tool, the finished piece balanced data, storytelling, and strong visuals to support Lynnhaven River Now’s mission and inspire continued investment in the health of local waterways.
Nauticus Museum – Weld It, Build It, Sail It Event
In May 2025, Qantm Creative partnered with Nauticus to launch Weld It, Build It, Sail It; a fully immersive, maritime-themed experience in Norfolk. We named the event and brought it to life visually, creating the logo, custom illustrations, signage, and motion graphics inspired by the Hampton Roads maritime industry.
To anchor the experience, we produced an energetic video celebrating the Maritime Industry in Hampton Roads, which played for attendees in the Nauticus theater throughout the event. The project was delivered in collaboration with the Hampton Roads Workforce Council, a key sponsor and longtime Qantm Creative partner. The event was a clear success, opening the door to continued collaboration with Nauticus; including their Winterfest on the Wisconsin event.
Hampton Roads Maritime Training System (HRMTS) Campaign
This work represents a snapshot of ongoing creative development focused on promoting maritime career pathways and training opportunities throughout Hampton Roads. Efforts centered on tailoring messaging to key audiences—including students, transitioning service members, veterans, and employers—while maintaining a clear, unified brand presence across channels. By aligning visual identity, tone, and storytelling, the work helped position HRMTS as the region’s central connector between talent, training providers, and the maritime industry.
