As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the work, wins, and partnerships that defined the year. From award recognition and creative milestones to digital growth and community events, this year was filled with purpose and momentum, powered by the trust of our clients and the talent of our team.
Here’s a look back at what we accomplished, together.
Account Management & Strategy
In 2025, our Account Management and Strategy team focused on doing what we do best: connecting ideas to execution and strategy to impact. Across every initiative, we worked to bring clarity, structure, and partnership to the process, guiding clients through ambitious goals, fast-moving timelines, and integrated campaigns.
This year, we had the opportunity to support a wide range of meaningful projects, including hospitality and tourism promotions, workforce development campaigns, trade show activations, city rebrands, economic development engagement, and impactful storytelling. We also expanded our reach, growing partnerships across new and emerging industries
Above all, we stayed focused on what matters most, being a reliable, strategic partner our clients can trust.
Creative Department
2025 brought opportunities for the Creative team to transform strategy into bold, high-impact design. We developed compelling visuals across a range of campaign types and industries. This year’s work included programmatic ad creative, social-first content, video storytelling, trade show and exhibit design, brand identity, annual reporting, and much more.
We were proud to see this work recognized with multiple 2025 GDUSA Design Awards in both the Health + Wellness and Digital Design categories. With more than 10,000 entries submitted across categories, having our work selected was a meaningful reflection of the creativity and quality that drive our team.
Beyond execution, the team continued to evolve, welcoming designer and photographer Maddie Kent, implementing ADA compliance training, and integrating AI tools into the design workflow to streamline creative development and explore new possibilities.
As always, the Creative department remained grounded in the Qantm mission: to bring bold ideas to life through thoughtful, strategic design and to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for our clients.
Digital Department
In 2025, the Digital team focused on helping clients stay ahead in a fast-evolving landscape, delivering performance-driven strategies and embracing tools that support long-term growth. One key addition was the implementation of AI visibility intelligence technology to help our clients understand how their brands are being surfaced across AI platforms and the broader web.
Content creation remained a key focus as well for the Digital team in 2025. From paid campaigns to social storytelling, we crafted digital assets that were not only strategically aligned but also creatively effective. Social media content developed by the team was also recognized with a 2025 GDUSA Design Award, underscoring the impact and quality of our digital work.
Alongside client work, we continued building Qantm’s own presence as a thought leader in the space. We launched a new monthly email newsletter, shared insight-driven blog posts, and introduced a quarterly webinar series focused on emerging tools, digital trends, and marketing best practices. These initiatives weren’t just about growing our own audience; they were about offering real value to the broader marketing community.
With a growing toolkit and a strategy-first mindset, the Digital team remained focused on delivering smart and measurable outcomes.
PR & Communications
Throughout 2025, the PR team focused on elevating client stories with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact. With enhanced media intelligence tools implemented in we’re able to monitor coverage in real time with artificial intelligence, spot emerging trends, and deliver more actionable insights to our clients. These upgrades have allowed us to pitch smarter, move faster, and report results with greater clarity and confidence.
Throughout the year, we supported media outreach for major event campaigns, public sector announcements, museum and arts initiatives, executive visibility efforts, and national award recognition. From thought leadership to press launches, we helped shape narratives that aligned with strategic goals and resonated with key audiences.
Our team also earned recognition of its own, with several agency leaders receiving regional and statewide business honors, reflecting the strength of our people and the momentum of our work.
Whether promoting industry milestones or helping elevate community-focused initiatives, the PR team remained committed to storytelling that drives results and builds lasting connections.
Looking Ahead to 2026
From strategic campaigns and award-winning design to new technologies and expanded capabilities, 2025 was a year of momentum across every part of our agency. We deepened our partnerships, grew our expertise, and delivered impactful work that reflected both our values and our vision.
As we head into a new year, we’re energized by the progress we’ve made and even more excited about where we’re going next. Thank you to our clients, collaborators, and community for making 2025 meaningful. We can’t wait to create what’s next.
