The Downtown Norfolk Council serves as the leading advocate for Downtown Norfolk and ensures their position as the thriving and essential cultural, commercial and residential hub of Hampton Roads. Qantm Creative provides ongoing Public Relations support, branding and creative projects as needed.

Our latest design brought attention to Downtown Norfolk Restaurant Week which is celebrated annually in January. This year’s Restaurant Week was during a neighboring cities Restaurant Week which created direct competition. We differentiated Downtown Norfolk’s Restaurant Week with a memorable and brightly colored design. Our agency produced a rack card, poster, sidewalk clings and social media graphics for promotions. We also collaborated with DNC for local chefs to promote Downtown Norfolk in short video reels on social media platforms.
